West Hotel, Can Tho

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were perfect, featuring a jacuzzi, a huge bed, a lounge corner, and a lookout over the swimming pool and the river. They were spacious, as large as some hotel rooms I've stayed in before. The service was excellent; they even organized a boat tour and a bus trip to Saigon for us. The location was spot on, right on a street with a market and next to the Mekong river, providing a lovely view from the rooftop pool. The dining experience was fine but basic compared to other places I've dined in here. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccable with a fantastic jacuzzi, huge bed, and a lovely view of the swimming pool and the river. The location was perfect for immersing myself in Vietnamese culture, although the dining options left something to be desired.

Despite being on the 9th floor, the hotel needs a refurbishment and maintenance, but overall, it provided a comfortable stay with a well-equipped room, large bathroom, and comfy bed that was perfect for a late start to the day.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge and very clean, but they looked nothing like the pictures and were a bit run down. The bed, however, was incredibly comfortable with crisp sheets and comfy pillows. On the downside, we were charged a higher price than our room rate.

Staying at the hotel was an incredible experience overall. The room overlooking the river with the extra big comfortable bed and stunning views of the Mekong River was simply amazing. The service, especially from Amme, was courteous and professional. The location, though near a local market and the main pier for boat tours, could be seen as not perfect for a 4-star establishment. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a buffet style with a mix of Asian and European dishes, but there were delays in the breakfast service timing. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
